Welcome to TripFast! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website located at tripfast.travel and associated services (collectively, the "Service"), operated by SeroDesign, Serhat Cakmaktepe.
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.
To access certain features of the Service, you may need to register for an account. When you register, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.
You are responsible for safeguarding the password or authentication method used to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your account. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party and to notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
The Service uses AI to generate travel itineraries. While we strive for accuracy and usefulness, the generated Content is provided for informational purposes only. You are responsible for verifying all information (e.g., opening hours, addresses, travel times, booking details) before making any travel arrangements.
The Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by You), features, and functionality (including the underlying software, design, and generated itineraries, subject to the license below) are and will remain the exclusive property of SeroDesign, Serhat Cakmaktepe and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of Germany and foreign countries.
Content (such as travel preferences or notes) that you create, upload, or post on the Service remains your property. However, by providing such Content, you grant Us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, process, reproduce, modify, and display this Content solely for the purpose of operating, providing, and improving the Service for you.
Generated itineraries provided to you through the Service are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use. You may not resell, redistribute, or use the generated itineraries for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
You are responsible for any Content you provide to the Service (e.g., travel preferences, destinations) and for ensuring it is lawful, reliable, and appropriate. You warrant that you have the necessary rights to provide any Content you submit and that it does not infringe on any third-party rights.
You agree not to provide Content that is illegal, obscene, defamatory, threatening, infringing of intellectual property rights, invasive of privacy, or otherwise injurious to third parties.

If you choose to purchase a subscription or pay for premium features of the Service, the following terms apply:
We offer various subscription plans with different features and limitations. The current pricing and plan details are available on our website. We reserve the right to change our pricing and plan features at any time, but any changes will not affect your current subscription period.
All payments are processed securely through our payment processor (e.g., Stripe). By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method and agree to the terms of the payment processor.
For subscription services, billing occurs at the beginning of each subscription period (monthly or annually). Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions automatically renew for the same period unless cancelled before the renewal date.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial subscription periods.
Generally, payments are non-refundable. However, if you believe you've been charged in error or if you're experiencing significant issues with the Service, please contact us, and we'll consider your request on a case-by-case basis.
All fees are exclusive of taxes, which may be added to the final price where applicable. You are responsible for paying any taxes associated with your purchase.
We may offer free trial periods for our subscription services. At the end of the trial period, your account will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless you cancel before the trial expires. You will be charged at the then-current rate for the plan you selected.
We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time. If we change prices, we will provide notice of the change on our website or by email at least 30 days before the change takes effect. Your continued use of the Service after the price change becomes effective constitutes your agreement to pay the changed amount.
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease. You can terminate your account by discontinuing use or contacting us. Provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable German law, in no event shall SeroDesign, Serhat Cakmaktepe, nor its partners or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service or the Content provided, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our liability for damages arising from injury to life, body or health based on a negligent or intentional breach of duty by us, and liability for other damages based on a grossly negligent or intentional breach of duty by us, as well as liability under the Product Liability Act (Produkthaftungsgesetz), remains unaffected. For breaches of essential contractual obligations (Kardinalpflichten) due to slight negligence, our liability is limited to the typically foreseeable damage.
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, free of viruses, or that the information obtained from the Service (including AI-generated itineraries) will be accurate, reliable, or meet your specific requirements. You acknowledge that reliance on any information provided by the Service is at your own risk.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding its conflict of law provisions and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
If you are a Consumer resident in the EU, you may benefit from mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
If you are a merchant (Kaufmann), a legal entity under public law, or a special fund under public law, the exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be Nürnberg, Germany.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material (e.g., affects your rights or obligations significantly), we will provide reasonable notice prior to the new terms taking effect, for instance via email or a notice within the Service. What constitutes a material change will be determined by us.
By continuing to access or use our Service after revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you must stop using the Service.

Our email address can be found in the Contact section below or in the Imprint. We are not willing or obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (§ 36 VSBG).
Sie haben das Recht, binnen vierzehn Tagen ohne Angabe von Gründen diesen Vertrag zu widerrufen. Die Widerrufsfrist beträgt vierzehn Tage ab dem Tag des Vertragsabschlusses.
Um Ihr Widerrufsrecht auszuüben, müssen Sie uns (SeroDesign, Serhat Cakmaktepe, Meuschelstraße 60, 90408 Nürnberg, Deutschland, E-Mail: Serhatc580@gmail.com) mittels einer eindeutigen Erklärung (z.B. ein mit der Post versandter Brief oder E-Mail) über Ihren Entschluss, diesen Vertrag zu widerrufen, informieren. Sie können dafür das beigefügte Muster-Widerrufsformular verwenden, das jedoch nicht vorgeschrieben ist.
Zur Wahrung der Widerrufsfrist reicht es aus, dass Sie die Mitteilung über die Ausübung des Widerrufsrechts vor Ablauf der Widerrufsfrist absenden.
Wenn Sie diesen Vertrag widerrufen, haben wir Ihnen alle Zahlungen, die wir von Ihnen erhalten haben, einschließlich der Lieferkosten (mit Ausnahme der zusätzlichen Kosten, die sich daraus ergeben, dass Sie eine andere Art der Lieferung als die von uns angebotene, günstigste Standardlieferung gewählt haben), unverzüglich und spätestens binnen vierzehn Tagen ab dem Tag zurückzuzahlen, an dem die Mitteilung über Ihren Widerruf dieses Vertrags bei uns eingegangen ist. Für diese Rückzahlung verwenden wir dasselbe Zahlungsmittel, das Sie bei der ursprünglichen Transaktion eingesetzt haben, es sei denn, mit Ihnen wurde ausdrücklich etwas anderes vereinbart; in keinem Fall werden Ihnen wegen dieser Rückzahlung Entgelte berechnet.
Das Widerrufsrecht erlischt vorzeitig bei Verträgen über die Lieferung von digitalen Inhalten, wenn Sie ausdrücklich zugestimmt haben, dass wir mit der Ausführung des Vertrages vor Ablauf der Widerrufsfrist beginnen, und Sie Ihre Kenntnis davon bestätigt haben, dass Sie durch Ihre Zustimmung mit Beginn der Ausführung des Vertrages Ihr Widerrufsrecht verlieren.
